PA25/06666

Penarth Orchard Lane Helford Helston Cornwall TR12 6LA

Decided Cornwall Trees in a Conservation Area

Proposal

T1- Mature Ash from lapsed coppice stool at bottom of garden, just above boundary fence with woodland. Remove limb (approx 12") heading out in SW direction over Copper Beech, to give C. Beech room to grow upwards and form a specimen within garden as limb is starting to cause C. Beech to grow towards the light.

About trees applications

How this application type works

Tree applications cover work to protected trees: those under a tree preservation order need consent for pruning or felling, and trees in a conservation area need six weeks written notice before work starts. The council assesses the amenity value of the tree and can refuse consent, approve it with conditions, or in conservation areas make a preservation order in response.
