Addition of window at second floor level on east elevation. New gate to external steps to rear of the dwelling. Existing paint to stone work to removed and stone work be repointed, as approved, with natural stone face to remain exposed. Rear & side wall of second floor 'extension' at rear to be replaced with timber frame.
