The removal of an existing rotten timber stairs and replacement with new preformed concrete stairs and landing and canopy with under stair storage. Construction of bike shelter. Adaptions/repairs to existing boundary wall to allow for the installation of a new bi-fold vehicle gate. Installation of a new glass canopy at high level above rear property entrance door. External decoration to the front of the property.
