Non-material amendment in relation to decision notice PA19/08222 dated 19.09.19 for replacement of steel portal structure with proposed timber frame structure. Replacement of metal roof material and cladding artificial slate roof material to match dwelling and timber external cladding. Reduction of overall dimension from 14000mm x 6000m to 12000m x 6000m. Reduction of ridge height from 3797mm to 3675mm. Replacement of 4 single garage doors with 2 double width doors. Addition of solar panels to south slope of roof. Addition of 2no roof windows to north slope of roof.
