Proposal

Works to trees subject to a Tree Preservation Order (TPO), works include T1 Oak Reduction in overall crown size by 2 - 2.5 meters. Pruning cuts are to be no larger than 75 mm in diameter when measured against the cut surface. Severance of ivy at base using sharp handheld implement (not chainsaw) T2 Sycamore crown raise to a height of 3 metres in addition to a reduction in the radial spread by approximately 1 metre.
