Proposal

Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed use for existing porch to front of house to be made shorter, existing garage to be demolished, a hardwood timber garage of same footprint and height to replace it. Existing conservatory to be demolished, a UPVC conservatory of same footprint and height to replace it. New rear dormer proposed to create an upstairs bathroom. New skylight to main house roof at rear of property. New roof lights to existing rear extension. Existing slate roof to be replaced if further inspections finds that the slates have reached the end of their lifespan. Slate tiles to gable wall ends as there had been historically. Structural alterations to strengthen timber floor joists and roof rafters to form opening to roof lights and proposed dormer, as well as creating single door openings in 3 locations on the ground floor.
