Pre-application advice for demolition of existing toilet block (mid 20thC concrete addition). Erection of new pottery, including changing the existing roofline to match former roofline. Remedial works to interior and exterior of existing grade 2* building. Modification to existing interior to add new accessible toilets, alteration of lighting, installation of ductwork and extraction, addition of a mezzanine and stairs to access, addition of stairs to existing mezzanine. Extension of existing footprint to incorporate bin store at the front, change of front door and side door, creating level access at the front of the building, removal of pebbledash in front portico to be replaced by community mosaic. Historic Environment consultation advice with unaccompanied site visit requested.
