Application to determine if prior approval is required to construct a 70m x 37m (max) to the inside of the top banks earth lined slurry lagoon. Why designed for agriculture: It is designed to store slurry produced by the dairy cows at Hendrawalls, so when cows are housed for the winter period slurry can be safely stored without risk of contaminating watercourses and breaching cross compliance regulations and need to spread in less than ideal conditions.
