Proposal
Works to Oak tree (T1) covered by a Tree Preservation Order, namely reduce the upper crown vertical height by upto 3.5 m, cutting no greater than approx. 4 inch diameter, to natural growth points where possible and reduce lateral growth upto 3.5 meters, cutting no greater than 6 inch diameter on the South, West and North West sides leaning toward the property. Remove lowest branch on South side at approximately 4 meters cutting back to the stem leaning over shed. Clear off small branches and epicormic growth from the stem up to a height of 5m.
