Application for non material amendment (1) following grant of planning permission PA20/07169 dated 02.03.2021. Amendment sought alteration of kitchen roof from shallow pitch to flat raised roof section with two smaller rooflights and repositioned chimney flue. (Note that the overall height of the build will remain the same - no more than 3500mm above ground level), merging of south kitchen dual aspect windows to one corner window, repositioning of slit window in entrance courtyard, all materials and all external envelope/floor area to remain the same as the original approved design.
