Proposal

Historic Building advice for the demolition/partial demolition of two walls that separate Cliff Manor garden from the adjacent property, former public conveniences. The former public conveniences are sited on the adjoining land referred to in answer to the question in section 3. The walls are over 1m high. Remodelling/landscaping of the area occupied by the two walls and the surrounding area to facilitate access from the garden of Cliff Manor House to the former public conveniences. This would involve the addition of steps and alteration of levels due to the difference in height between the garden and the conveniences.
