The proposal comprises the retrospective raising of the roof of an existing commercial building by approximately 0.4 - 1.4 metres. The existing roof has been replaced with a new sheet metal roof at the increased height, while the external walls remain clad in corrugated metal sheeting to match the existing building. New black metal trim has been installed around door openings and at the junctions between the walls and roof. There is no change of use.
