Unit to comprise of shower units, wash hand basins and separate disabled facilities. Built on a concrete raft with metal roof. Water and power to be connected, with foul drainage to be connected to existing septic tank. Roof rain water to be diverted to soakaway. Doors and windows to be of Timber/steel and wired glass.
