Proposal

The proposal contained within this application comprises of the following elements: To undertake a programme of repairs to the external and internal fabric of the building. Make external and internal alterations to the layout to better support its use as a single-family dwelling. To retain and repair the existing timber framed single glazed windows and the introduction of internal secondary glazing to improve the thermal performance of the building. Erect a new slate-roofed structure to provide shelter and privacy to the external 'terrace' located to the northeast of the site. Replace the single storey modern extension with one of a more suitable design. (Listed Building Consent)
