Stone villa dwelling split into two separate properties. Roofing work - strip existing slate roof coverings and associated lead flashings, lead valley gutters and zinc ridge caps. New roof lights - 9 roof lights. Retrospectively installed / defective UPVC gutters and downpipes throughout to be replaced with new cast iron. Re-point to stonework.
