Planning application
7 Lady Menzies Place Edinburgh EH7 5BE
Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.
Proposal
The front door is now in poor condition: letting the draught going inside the house especially at the bottom right of the door (inside view), unsecure as I am unable to use the main lock anymore. I tried to replace the main lock but there is still a play in the lock not allowing the door to be fully closed. For energy saving and to improve my safety / security, I need the main front door to be replaced. I am looking permission to get the door replaced.

About heritage and listed buildings applications
How this application type works
Heritage applications concern listed buildings and conservation areas. Listed building consent is needed for works, inside or out, that affect the special interest of a listed building, and carrying out such works without consent is a criminal offence. The council weighs harm to the heritage asset against any public benefit of the proposal.
