Application for works to a protected tree - Chorley BC TPO 4 (Chorley) 2009 G9; We have a tree that is overhanging our shed and have now grown to the point where one is growning over our neighbours garage and is resting upon out. We would request to cut back the limbs that are growing over the shed and the neighbours garage to ensure that they dont cause damage to either roof.
