1 Lache Lane Chester CH4 7LP
Branches of many trees overhang the rear and side garden of the property shading, inter alia, lawns, a mature hawthorn hedge, a vegetable patch, recently planted apple and pear trees, holly bushes. Some branches overhang roofs affecting gutters and encouraging moss formation. Additionally trees planted along the Lache Lane boundary now overhang the pavement affecting luminance from the street lights. The attached sketch plan shows the relevant boundaries which are overhung. Ownership of the trees varies. The majority of the trees belong to the applicant, but a minority belong to various neighbouring properties. Permission is sought to prune and in future, to maintain, such overhanging branches to prevent recurrence.
