  Turkey Oak (T1). Removal of tree. Tree has become damaged from previous poor landscaping due to an increased soil level reducing oxygen supply to the roots and therefore reducing foliage growth, weakening the tree. One side of the tree has completely died due to root damage again caused by previous development work on the site by the house builder. We have not asked for removal of this tree before as we hoped it may have recovered but it seems to be getting worse (large dead and live branches falling off tree). Any regrowth after the dieback is mostly at the top of the tree and no reaction wood at the area of dieback. These issues have made the tree top heavy. Due to all the above issues I now feel the tree needs removal. We intend to plant a hardy shade loving specimen due to large copse at the rear of the property
