Also seek a view as to whether it is permissible to remove one tree altogether as it is leaning at 40 degrees from vertical now before it falls over. Oak x1 (T4) - 1m canopy reduction. Silver Birch (T2) - Removal of the lower 1m of branches from the trunk to raise the canopy, a general shape and prune to give an estimated height of 7m when finished.
