Proposal

Redecorate the external render and windows with sign to the existing position. Replace the building letters, retaining the 3D effect that is currently being used. Replace two existing illuminated hanging signs, one to a timber post and one to hanging sign, in existing positions. Install free standing faux planting to above the main entrance doors. Internal redecoration, retain existing timber and tiled floors, replace carpets, panelling to be re painted. Back bar will be partially adapted to include additional glass racking.
