Completely dismantle and remove 2 x Yew trees on back lawn of property. Completely dismantle and remove several overgrown Holly bushes down the side of the propery. Crown lift Yew trees behind the Holly and deadwood to improve aesthetics. Area to be seeded with grass and ornamental fruit and cherry trees planted. Remove 2 x dead fruit trees and other small dead shrubs.
