Proposal
Fell Weeping Silver Birch and replace it with two smaller apple trees planted along the boundary. This tree has outgrown its position to which it is ill-suited. It is shading a large proportion of a relatively small garden, and causes nuisance to the residents and visitors by overhanging to main access to the property.
