Beech (T1) Up to 30% reduction. Thinning of crown of crossing branches to let light in. Reduce canopy, height & sail area due to cavity at 30% height - signs of reaction wood in bole above cavity indicating time cavity in place & trees vitality - by thinning only. To 1 1/2 inch to 3 inch junctions & avoid large branches dropping naturally. Beech (T2) Up to 30% reduction to maintain integrity due to work required on (T1) affecting windflow. Some signs of sudden oak death, but limited. Thinning of crown of crossing branches to let light in & avoid large branches dropping naturally. Lime (T3) Up to 30% reduction to maintain tree due to work on other trees. Some decay at base, but no instability & a reduction will decrease pressure on the base & avoid large branches dropping naturally. Ash (T4) Up to 30% reduction - including reduce 1 branch as damaging neighbour's tree & avoid large branches dropping naturally. All trees are aged & we wish to retain the trees & be sympathetic to both the amenity & integrity of the trees in line with the reductions. The natural shape & form of all trees are to be maintained. Work will be carried out by J&J Oliver Tree surgeons

What a grant of permission means
