Proposal

Oak Tree. Branches are encroaching onto the roof of house and have started to cause damage to tiles and guttering. It's also providing local wildlife (especially squirrels) with easy access to the roof and guttering . Fetch it in on either side by at least 2 metres, the branches are extending out and drooping down onto the road and pavement (partially covering the latter), making it difficult for pedestrians and high sided vehicles alike to pass without coming into contact with them. Requesting a 20% crown reduction and crown lift, as well as crown thinning (to remove dead branches).
