Proposal

Apple tree (T1) - fell due to basal decay and tree leaning causing damage to fence. Pear tree (T2) - formative prune and thin by 20% for tree management. Cherry tree (T3) - prune limbs growing towards house. Conifer (T4) - reduce height to reduce wind sail and thin overhanging branches growing towards house by 20%.
