Proposal

Oak Tree (T1) - crown reduction of up to 30% to get accessive weight out of the branches as the tree is very large and close to a number of properties with structures below. Since the last 30% reduction the crown has grown back very full and is need of thinning for the health of the tree and to help break up the giant shadow, the tree is casting over the surrounding properties.
