Works: Trees
Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.
Proposal
Chestnut Tree - heavy crown reduction or removal and replaced with more appropriate ornamental tree .i.e. flowering cherry. Tree has grown with a co-dominant stem with right hand limb heavily leaning and end weighted over neighbouring property (safety concerns). Below the main crotch is a historical branch wound with wet decay within. Tree is sited on an elevated and semi exposed position unprotected from any other trees.
