Proposal
Lime (T8) - Crown thin by 30% and for any dead or diseased branches to be removed as part of a crown clean, with the branches touching the telephone wires to be cut back. Reduce the height of the tree. Remove the growth to the first major fork of the tree as the trunk has become very bushy down to ground level.
