Mixed hedge on front boundary - reduce to 10ft. Self-seeded Sycamore on front boundary - fell. Large twin stemmed Laurel on boundary - coppice to allow other laurels to flourish. Portuguese Laurel - reduce to 12ft. Twin stemmed self seeded Sycamore - fell, no amenity value. Yew - trim back from garden max 1.5m. Lime (L1) - crown lift to 4m as encroaching on property. Lime (L2) - fell, suppressed by chestnut and forced toward garden. Lime (L3) - fell as above. Crown lift all pavement overhang to at least 3m on outside of property. Remove any dead Hollies from perimeter.
