Proposal

Remove Sycamore Tree (T1) and plug the stump, to prevent regrowth. It is growing from the base of a wall in a concrete yard, the tree is too large for the position and growing in the wrong place, it will only cause more problems as it grows to the wall behind that is a retaining wall and the yard itself.
