Works: Trees
Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.
Proposal
Crown reduction of 1 x Sycamore. Felling of 1 x Sycamore, 4x Hawthorn and 5 x Holly in rear garden, due to excessive size and shading. Replant with Hawthorn or Holly hedging. Planning permission has been granted to the rear of the property to extend the church yard into the field. Fell the current wish mash of tall ragged trees to plant a hedge that would provide a better screen to the church yard while maintaining some views beyond.

About heritage and listed buildings applications
How this application type works
Heritage applications concern listed buildings and conservation areas. Listed building consent is needed for works, inside or out, that affect the special interest of a listed building, and carrying out such works without consent is a criminal offence. The council weighs harm to the heritage asset against any public benefit of the proposal.
