Planning application

Lavender Cottage Quarry Lane Christleton Chester CH3 7AY

Decided Cheshire West and Chester 19/03129/CAT Application to fell/lop in Cons Area

Works: Trees Small domestic

Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register

Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.

Proposal

Trees are located on a boundary and cover 4 gardens. Self seeded Goat Willow - Fell because of excessive shading to gardens and large spread making rear of the garden unusable. Trunk is now pushing against concrete fence posts and gravel boards. Replace with cultivated maintainable large shrub or small tree. Birch - Fell because of poor shape and poor growth. This has grown in a distorted way because of the spread of the Goat willow, and cannot be improved by pruning. It is leaning over 2 neighbours gardens and causing issues for both. Replace as above.
