Proposal
Prunus cerasifera T1 - fell because of excessive shading and low amenity value. Replant with 3 no. Liquidamber in area adjacent. Ilex aquifolium T2 - fell because it sits on the boundary with No. 29 Curzon Park South and obstructs their bedroom window. Also of low amenity value. Malus sylvestris T3 - fell because of age and disease (fruiting spores are visible on the trunk) and fears that it might break or fall. Replace with 2 no. Sweet Cherry (Prunus Avium).

About heritage and listed buildings applications
How this application type works
Heritage applications concern listed buildings and conservation areas. Listed building consent is needed for works, inside or out, that affect the special interest of a listed building, and carrying out such works without consent is a criminal offence. The council weighs harm to the heritage asset against any public benefit of the proposal.
