Planning application
Smithy Green Huxley Lane Tiverton Chester CW6 9NB
Works: Trees
Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.
Proposal
Remove Horse Chestnut Tree and replace it with a new tree as soon as is practical. This tree has been suffering from Bleeding Canker and it now looks dead with no foliage. It is on the public right of way and is a potential danger to the public walking underneath the tree - large branches have fallen off in previous years.

About heritage and listed buildings applications
How this application type works
Heritage applications concern listed buildings and conservation areas. Listed building consent is needed for works, inside or out, that affect the special interest of a listed building, and carrying out such works without consent is a criminal offence. The council weighs harm to the heritage asset against any public benefit of the proposal.
