Planning application

29 Adder Hill Great Boughton Chester Cheshire CH3 5RA

Granted Cheshire West and Chester 19/00445/TPO Application to fell/lop TPO trees

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Double Lime trees (T1) - crown reduction. Trees have not been pruned for several years. They are now too high and wide for the close proximity to my own and neighbour's house, blocking light and satellite tv signals. They also appear to be a danger in high winds. Pruning back height and width will restore proportion to the residences. Cherry tree (T2) - crown reduction. Similar situation to lime trees. Yew trees (T3) alongside edge of road - crown reduction.
