Proposal
T1 Sycamore - Removal of 1 lower branch on the southern side of the stem (Removal preferred due to the lack of available pruning points) and to crown raise over the main roof and ground level structure at the northern end of the main dwelling. In addition, a 1-2m crown reduction to shorten overhang and reduce crown size overall. T2 Horse Chestnut - Sympathetic 1-1.5m crown reduction to increase the light and air flow through the rear garden while reducing the leverage on the stem base defect.
