Proposal
A crab apple tree situated within the small front garden. The tree has become overgrown and disproportionately large for the confined garden area, with a dense crown extending close to the house and over the front garden. Its size and position make the garden difficult to maintain and reduce light to the front elevation and adjoining windows. The proposal is to remove the tree and stump and restore the front garden
