Proposal
Walnut (T2) - Crown reduction of approximately 25% retaining the tree's natural form. The tree crown is progressively encroaching towards the dwelling and is now in close proximity to the building fabric. The proposed reduction is intended to provide an appropriate clearance between the crown and the house, preventing branch contact with the roof, walls, gutters and windows, while maintaining the tree's long-term health, amenity value and structural balance.
