  Yew (T1) - Selective pruning of the yew tree to remove and shorten branches that are currently brushing against and overhanging the roof and gutters of the neighbouring property. The proposed works are limited to the branches causing the current obstruction/contact, with the aim of providing sufficient clearance to prevent foreseeable damage to roof tiles and gutters.
