FIVE DAY NOTICE T1 (Himalayan Birch) - The trees main surface roots have all been cut, possibly during landscaping and show significant decay, along with significant fungal growth around the base of the tree and on surface roots, proposal for removal is based on stability, the roots that have been severed on the upper side/ rear of the tree, with the tree leaning towards the flat complex. Canopy one sided due to neighbouring within the group.
