Little Fell 9 The Mead Mollington OX17 1DN
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Ash (T1)- Removal of branches which are over the main house and drive to reduce risk of damage to property. There is evidence that some small branches have fallen. Restore aesthetic balance of tree with removal of branches over the gardens/lawn. Cleaning up and removal of deadwood and already broken branches within the crown. Reducing the crown by 3m such that the shape of the tree is preserved but with a much reduced risk of a branch falling onto the property or drive. Permission was given for similar works on 22 Feb 2010 application: 10/00070/TPO, and now 10+years later such work is required again - subject to TPO 2/1989
