Minor internal and external alterations including: A discreet drainage solution in the form of small sumps within each basement room, connected to a central sump system to address damp issues. Refurbish old servant quarters to form an additional guest bedroom for the property, as well as a utility, snug/study, and ancillary spaces. Roof repairs carried out using Spanish slate tiles to match the existing. Repairs to parapet where necessary to maintain the buildings structural integrity and weatherproofing.
