To fell the small (multi-stemmed) and large (single stemmed) Scots pine trees against the left hand side front of the building due to ongoing drainage issues, to fell the Lawson cypress that is in serious decline next to the parking spaces to the right of the building and to remove the one main limb from the twin stemmed cypress that is in decline next to the bin storage. After on-site discussions with applicant, an agreement was made to corwn lift the Bhutan pine to the front od the site to around 2-2.5m (removing the lowest rung of branches only).
