Oak Tree (T1) TPO 390: Crown thin by 15% to reduce significant shading to garden affecting grass and plant growth and causing reduction in light entering the property. Remove dead, diseased and damaged branches. Max 1.5 metre all round crown reduction to previous reduction points

  • 19/00235/TPO Granted

    8 Robinia Close Cheltenham Gloucestershire GL53 8PR

Oak Tree (T1) TPO 390: Crown thin by 25% to reduce significant shading to garden affecting grass and plant growth and causing reduction in light entering the property. Remove dead, diseased and damaged branches. Foliage is now beginning to become very close to the house and in the summer months there is a large quantity if sap excreted onto the grass and garden. We propose a 1 metre all round crown reduction to tree T1. There is also a hot water solar panel located on the roof at the rear of the house which we have had refurbished. This has significant shading from tree T1 and cannot function as efficiently as designed.
