T1 - Walnut situated on roadside boundary has extensive weight on large stem extending north over railings with potential risk of failure Reduce weight on stem overhanging road by shortening two larger lower sections over road by approximately 5 metres. Also reduce low mid-lateral over road by 3 metres to correspond to reduce canopy weight on roadside but maintain a flowing branch line and pleasing appearance. T2 -Evergreen Oak overhanging boundary on west side, remove small low lateral extending towards neighbouring new club south side. Reduce two laterals extending over footpath by reducing in length by 2 metres and lifting canopy to 5 metres above ground level to prevent further encroachment of roadway.
