Removal of condition 3 - The condition 'All disturbed surfaces shall be made good using materials to match the existing materials, composition, form, finish and colour' is to be removed as all criteria has been met. A suitable brick sample has been formally agreed with the local conservation officer (Chris Morris). A suitable NHL3.5 lime mortar mix with a flush finish as per the existing construction has been proposed. All works undertaken on site are to be carried out by a suitably skilled contractor on planning permission ref.18/00266/LBC
