Planning application

Haldon House 2A Painswick Road Cheltenham Gloucestershire GL50 2EE

Granted Cheltenham 18/01975/TPO Tree Preservation Order

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Holm Oak Tree, located to the Front of property - Crown lift, to include the removal of lower branches to achieve a 4.5m vertical clearance from ground level to new branch line all around. Dress back spread encroaching onto house side, by 1.5m only. Remove dead, dying and broken branches. Reason for Work: This schedule of works has been recommended as part of a tree maintenance plan. Crown lifting all round, so branches do not impede vehicle movements, to increase light to the property. The reduction works house side only, are to help reduce the encroachment and overhang of branches on the building.
