    T1 Yew: Situated in the small rear garden, this tree is becoming too big for its location and is causing significant shading within the garden and is now starting to encroach over the boundary to the neighbours garden. Request permission to reduce the size of the outer canopy by up to 25% (max 1.5m for overextended branches) and thin out the crown by removing the inferior internal growth, to maintain its size within the garden boundary and provide more light into the garden.
