Reason: Tree has outgrown its surroundings and has not been managed for years. G1 Two Leylandi - Located on the north east boundary behind 332 Springfield Road - Removal of dead branches. T3 Atlantic Cedar - Located on the north east boundary behind 53 and 55 Peel Road - Crown reduction of 3m and removal of dead wood to open light. Large branch broke away in high winds causing damage to neighbours property. T4 Sycamore - Located on the north east boundary of the site behind 51 peel Road - Crown reduction of 3m required with additional removal of 1.5m from south west side. This tree appears unbalanced on the south west side.
